- Work with client in brainstorming ideas and come up with a brand experience strategy that will result in either overall sales, better customer experience and word of mouth.

- Devising new approaches that client can adopt to influence and engage their audience whether it's social media, email marketing, video, mobile.

At FedEx I started as a loader and quickly moved up to splitter and then assistant sort manager where I was responsible of:
- managing the load side of the sort which included loaders,splitters and outbound trucks.
- making sure every package went to the right truck.
- Devising efficiency measures and putting them in play.
- Managing and Training new loaders in most efficient and safe way.
- Optimizing truck time of arrival and time of departure times.
- Creating new metrics in speed of and efficiency of load times.
Bottom line my job was focused on the speed, dependability and safety of FedEx Ground's package delivery service.
