I would like to use LinkedIn to keep in contact with all people I find it useful to be in contact with. Also I found it more useful to communicate through groups. For example: I use the Rabobank Project managers group friends to exchange information regarding our job. I use the Prince User Group Nederland to be in contact with experienced and inexperienced user of PRINCE2®. People are best informed through LinkedIn groups, about the groups interest and about me.

I’m a positive professional critical team player and renewer. I have excellent analyzing skills and get excited by change and diversity. As a team member as well as a manager my aim is honesty and integrity. I have my way in dialogues and analyses swift problems and come up with original and suitable solutions based on restructuring and rearranging. I’m an advisor and manager in organizational change. I work with inspiration and organizational sense from concept up to implementation. I’m familiar with modern techniques but prefer simplicity if it adds more value.

I’m always searching for challenging environments in banking because of my experience. I prefer an environment where professional project management is aspired or used with a proportional Business and IT. Change is no threat but a way to new possibilities and chances
