Oversee the programming for Sirius XM's 75 music, comedy and kids channels, in addition to managing the programming aspects of XM’s partnerships with record labels and artist management, music festivals, AOL, DirecTV, Starbucks, NARAS, Napster, the airlines, rental car companies, automobile manufacturers and cell phone companies.
Held senior management positions with CBS/Infinity Broadcasting for nine years. Most recently, served as Ops Manager and Program Director for WBMX and WODS Boston and Corporate Vice President of Hot AC Programming, overseeing CBS/Infinity stations in 18 cities, including San Francisco, Cleveland, Orlando, Austin, St. Louis, Las Vegas, Hartford, Denver and others. Prior to Boston, was Vice President of Programming for KMXV, KSRC, KFKF and KBEQ in Kansas City and served as Corporate Vice President of Top 40 Programming for CBS/Infinity, overseeing stations in 14 cities, including Seattle, Dallas, Charlotte, Pittsburgh, Cincinnati, Baltimore and others.
Served as VP Programming, OM, PD, MD and on-air talent at winning radio stations across the country including WNCI Columbus, WKZL Greensboro, KZZP Phoenix, KTHT Fresno and KYIS Oklahoma City. Four-time winner of Billboard Magazine’s Operations Manager of the Year, three-time winner of the Kansas City Media Professionals Program Director of the Year, Radio and Records Program Director of the Year, Friday Morning Quarterback Programmer of the Year and named one of the “Best Program Directors in America” by Radio Ink magazine for four consecutive years. Also served for six years on the Board of Governors for the Children's Miracle Network.
Currently live in Chevy Chase, MD with wife Patty and three children.

Increased listenership for Mix 93.3...station jumped from 14th to 1st in all demos including Persons and Women 12+, 18-34 and 25-54 and 11th to 1st in billing. Signed on Star 102 and beat a 17 year-old heritage AC in one year in all key demos including Persons and Women 18-49 and 25-54. Became the third station in America to launch the "All Holiday Music" format in the fall of 1999. Station jumped from 13th to 4th in billing. The four stations in the cluster reached over 75% of Kansas City women and were often ranked #1, 2, 3 and 4 in Women 18-49 and 25-54.
