In one year, repositioned the company’s approach to be competitive with the leading industry contenders.

The company closed more than double the 2nd year volume in loans in its 3rd year, enabled by the technology innovations my team implemented, with better than a 200% ROI on technology investment during this period.

    Responsible for all aspects of information, technology, and the staffing and management of these functions across the enterprise.

    Selected Results:

    - Moved the technology and processes from a CMMi level 1 undefined state to a defined, monitored and managed state at CMMi level 3 in eighteen months while creating a platform to facilitate creation of a billion dollar loan portfolio.

    - Implemented changes in staff, infrastructure, software and management processes in one year that enabled the company to handle a level of business an order of magnitude greater than the prior year.
