OVERVIEW
Jon O’Connor has diverse experience in management, leadership, training, and development. Degrees held, Business and Humanities (M.S. in Organizational Leadership, B.A. in Religious Studies with specialization in Peace and Conflict Studies).

CEO for North Coast Adventure Centers Inc as well as the Principal in O’Connor and Associates LLC. He is an American Red Cross and Rescue Three International Authorized Provider. Strategic Partner and Trainer with Redwoods and Rivers Rafting Company in Northern California. He is a Wilderness First Responder and active trainer in a variety of fields. Additional current affiliations are also with Catherine Freer Wilderness Therapy Programs in Oregon and Builds Trust LLC in North Carolina.
EXPERIENCE
Has successfully managed staff teams, guided budget creativity and effected change in the United States and Internationally. By fostering key strategic alliances, he developed new regional markets for multiple adventure programs. Four Start up businesses were consulted and advised in their initial funding phases.
