Jon Jolly’s Summary

For the past 10 years I have worked in award-winning community-based projects running creative activities to engage disadvantaged and socially isolated young people.

In addition to this work, I have led teams of volunteers to run large youth programmes at national Christian events, run training courses, managed teams of workers, and organised overseas trips and residentials.

More recently I have started writing about my experiences in short articles for youth work publications and am currently writing a chapter for an upcoming text on youth work practice.

I also chair the steering group for a national youth work funding trust.
