Over 10 years working in the IT industry, ranging from a public library, to a retail bank, to the non-profit sector. As I started out in basic Help Desk and Desktop Support, I've gained experience using a variety of hardware and software solutions.
From basic Active Directory Administration, extensive troubleshooting in desktops and enhancing performance of outdated hardware, to using VMWare Workstation and Server to test out new software, building tool sets to increase productivity for end users and my fellow IT colleagues, and of course taking over the role of NotifyLink Enterprise Server Administrator and learning that from the ground up.
My goal, eventually, is to gain employment as a Server Administrator, whether it be based in Windows Server Administration, VMWare using VMWare Server or ESX/ESXi, or possibly even Citrix Administration.
