I was personally in charge of 50% of the manufacturing lines at the Tyco Heathcare facility in Marietta, GA facility. My duties involved continuous improvements of the manufacturing lines, increasing quality, increasing production, machine safety, new machine integration, and production automation. Compiled complete production and downtime data, and outlined recommondations and budgetary numbers for machine improvements. Supervised machine and controls studies for increasing production.

Automated welding, machining, grinding, and testing equipment for use in areas where it is unsafe for people to work (high radiation areas). All systems are remote control with visual camera feedback. Included MIG and TIG welding, Electrical discharge machining, non-destructive testing, pipe crawlers, pipe welders, and pipe overlay welding.
