Promoted to Internet Manager - took over the Internet Department averaging 6 units per month and 8 months later improved performance to 38 units per month setting a record for average per unit gross profit. Directly involved in complete website overhaul and optimization. Organized and executed a 2 man team known as “The Key West Express” during the hurricane relief efforts of Wilma prospecting for vehicle sales. Buyers received Free Same Day Delivery right to their doorstep. Our efforts resulted in 69 vehicles sold and delivered as well as establishing long term customer relationships.

Completed the Domino's “MIT” management course in 4 months then promoted to Store Manager of Store #3431 in Rochester, NY. The store I took over was in ruins. I improved employee apparatus, product quality, delivery times and completely reconditioned the store utilizing current employee’s thus resulting in an improvement in gross sales by over 20% placing us as the 2nd highest volume store in the region out of 50 stores.

Genesis conducted effective list management by utilizing an array of list sources to consistently conduct successful direct mail sales campaigns.
During my employment with Genesis Marketing I proposed and executed the companies marketing strategy in the Miami and surrounding market. Within 6 months I had accomplished great revenue levels as planned. Most valuable of this experience was the relationships it created.
