Created the "Jonathan's Q" brand of natural/specialty BBQ sauces, Asian Marinades and Fusion Vinaigrette's sold nationally through more than 10,000 retail and mass merchandiser locations (Wal-Mart, Kroger, HEB, Publix, Food Lion, Safeway, Winn-Dixie, Cub Foods, A&P, Stop & Shop, Big Y, Hannafords, TJ Maxx, Marshalls and 50 other accounts). Self funded the company with $10,000 and built a national brand in 2 1/2 years while avoiding $3 million in slotting allowances. Managed a national network of manufacturers, 3rd party distributors, national sales team and all day-to-day operations.
