I have strong analytical and planning skills combined with the ability to coordinate the efforts of many to meet common goals. I am productive and efficient work habits without supervision. I am a disciplined self-motivator with high energy and an affinity for perfection. I have the unique ability to translate low-level processes and protocols into understandable, non-technical concepts. Traditionally, there has been a “wall” between designers and developers; think of me as the glue that replaces the wall.
I develop with Ruby on Rails and PHP. It is no secret that I drink the Rails Kool-Aid. My projects are RESTful, my XHTML and CSS are valid. My front ends display correctly, with pixel precision whether you are using Gecko, Webkit, IE6, or IE7. I encourage others to develop similarly. In addition to my Rails foundation, I work daily with the CS3 suite; have an understanding of PHP, network hardware, your typical software applications.
I am a certified Google AdWords professional; and am a search engine optimization and marketing expert. My SEM clients have realized click through rates well above the industry standard ranging from 2% to 4.5%; SEO clients dominate highly competitive, high volume search keywords on Google, MSN, and Yahoo (read: #1)

• "audi wheels" ranked #1 against 500,000+ websites
I have managed ad and media campaigns for top tier dating sites such as: American Singles, Chemistry.com, Date.com, Match.com, Personals.com, PerfectMatch, JDate, and UDate. My SEO clients have included BagBorrowSteal.com, Boyd Gaming, Earthlab, Hartmann Wheels, Mercury, Microsoft Window Server, Northwest Eye Surgeons, Personals.com, Seattle Lighting, and Thomson: FX Hub. All clients have seen measurable, monetizable increases since they’ve made the suggested changes.
