For over 13 years, Jonathan Rosenberg has worked in executive and international recruitment, managed large change initiatives, and has developed and managed new recruiting departments. Currently, Jonathan is Director of Technical Recruiting for ConocoPhillips, an international, integrated energy company and a Fortune 500 company. He is responsible for developing strategies and leading the Technical recruiting teams as well as Executive Recruitment. Since 2006, Jonathan has held the following roles within ConocoPhillips: Director, Recruiting and Talent Sourcing; Sr. Talent Sourcing Advisor and Sr. Global Recruiting Advisor.
Prior to joining ConocoPhillips, Jonathan was the Manager of Talent Sourcing for Kohler Co., a leader in the manufacture of kitchen and bath products. He was responsible for executive and international talent recruitment, leading the global ATS (Vurv) project and driving the development of Kohler Career Opportunities website. Before Kohler Co., Jonathan worked as a Recruiting Supervisor at CTS Corporation and a Recruiting Lead at Synergy Software.
Jonathan earned his BA from Purdue University and holds a PHR certification. In addition, he is a current member of the Board of Directors for DirectEmployers Association and sits on the SHRM Standards Task Force whose objective is to achieve ANSI certification for a standard job description for recruiting professionals.
