Call reliability and satisfaction of call center employees have vastly improved since the move as well.

Duties also included planning for upgrades to hardware and telecommunications services, negotiating pricing with vendors, and managing an IT support staff.

Developed the business plan, obtained funding, created an E-commerce website, and integrated it with shipping and payment services and MS Dynamics. Then made the mistake of opening a brick and mortar location in a semi-rural area with mostly high-end collectors items.
If anyone is looking for an E-commerce website focused on books- including feeds to services like Amazon, abebooks, and others, I would be happy to re-use my code.
