Designed a prototype to present the internet company’s name graphically for marketing purposes; collaborating with the company president, and head of research to create a lasting image. Initial work was scanned drawings and sketches (per request of company president), with final work done utilizing computer software. Primarily used Adobe CS3 and Email for creation and communication of the project image. Phone conferences were held on a weekly basis to communicate any additional concerns or interests. *Work reference is available.

Inspected, prepared, and performed shipping (national and international) and receiving via UPS, USPS, FEDEX and DHL. Communicated daily information to the museum staff on shipments. Performed daily tasks such as data entry, clerical duties, and daily use of multi-line telephone; including answering customer questions regarding shipments. Daily use of computer programs including: Retail Star, and UPS Worldship, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etcetera. Occasionally assisted museum retail staff and customers/patrons in the shop.

Planned and oversaw temporary relocation of the library collection during renovation and construction. Cataloged and created circulation records (MARC records) during conversion project. Researched historical material. Computer applications include Concourse Online Public Access Catalog, Corel, Microsoft: Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. I was promoted to this position from library assistant.
