Blogger and Editor
Quebec, Canada
I’m a blogger, editor and writer. Among other things, I’m the author of The Map Room, a blog about maps, and DFL, a blog about last-place finishes at the Olympics.
I’m good at concise writing, especially writing that calls for explaining difficult or complex subjects in simple and easy-to-understand terms. I’m also a copyeditor and proofreader of fearsome meticulousness—but is there any other kind?
I’m looking for a mix of contracts, freelance work and my own writing and blogging projects.
When I’m not blogging, writing, or correcting other people’s grammar, I raise snakes, play the piano, and look through my telescope.
