► Created and executed against a national content promotion strategy on social networks resulting in growing the @PBS Twitter account from 5,000 to 650,000 followers and growing the Facebook Fan page from less than 50,000 fans to over 500,000 in 1.5 years.
► Developed, and rolled out a out social media and audience engagement product line to over over 100 local stations, and over 30 independent show producers including user generated content, and user comments.
►►User comment submissions are up over 150% year-over-year
►►Over 30 user generated content campaigns run yearly for the last 2-years generating over 10,000 submissions of content by the public.
► Launched a comprehensive widget platform for stations and shows resulting in over 100 brand and content widgets being created in the first 6 months, driving over 1 million off-site impressions monthly.
► Managed several aspects of a major re-architecture of PBS.org including engagement tools, cross-site promotional opportunities, and creation/management of the marketing/PR strategy for the launch.
►►Redesign drove 29% increase in site traffic (to nearly 80 million monthly pageviews)
►►Increased video streams by 44%
►►Increased traffic circulation between the national site and local sites by 24%
► Redesigned and relaunched a national email newsletter program resulting in 20% list growth in the first three months post-launch while maintaining a nearly 30% open rate.
