Fully integrated disparate organizations and achieved financial and organizational turnaround in less than 12 months. Produced $1+ million EBITDA in first full year, business growth from -10% to +66%, and $48.5 million in revenue vs. prior $29 million.
• Strategic Planning – Simultaneously renewed OTravel.com’s focus on non-commoditized travel products in the vacation rental industry resulting in a return to organic growth of 66% year-over-year.
