At the end of my term in this elected position (April 30th, 2008), I will be eager to bring over 5 years of leadership experience to an organization that will offer new challenges and the opportunity to broaden my understanding of business and politics.

Jonah is an elected representative of the full-time undergraduate student body at the University of Waterloo. In that capacity, he acts as an executive officer of a $12 million not-for-profit corporation representing 21,000+ shareholders.
In this role, he manages government relations with provincial/federal politicians and bureaucrats. Working with a network of executives from across Canada, he works to set the direction of two major student stakeholder groups - The Ontario Undergraduate Student Alliance (www.ousa.ca) and The Canadian Alliance of Student Associations (www.casa.ca).
In addition to this, Jonah manages relations with top University of Waterloo executives on behalf of student shareholders on matters of an academic nature. Representing thousands of constituents, Jonah seeks to ensure that their academic experience is affordable, of a high quality and is responsive to their demands and needs.
