At Freshman Fund this consisted of focus groups, surveys and one-on-one user tests; getting stakeholders into a room and agreeing on the solution, writing a detailed spec, taking developer feedback and refining specs through to product launch, and coordinating with PR and email marketing for user messaging and external marketing.
