I got my start online in 2006 when I founded PickTheBrain.com, a popular personal development weblog. It was a learn-as-you-go experience, and through several months of study and experimentation I was able bring on a team of writers, attract a subscriber base of over 14,000 readers, and grow web traffic to over 200,000 monthly visitors.
In early 2007, I sold PickTheBrain.com to PeopleJam Inc, and re-located to Los Angeles to join the company as Director of Social Marketing.
In August 2008 I joined ESN Interactive as a Search Engine Optimization Associate and started working to build up the company's organic search presence.
