2. Online Advertising & Marketing - I am also available to provide online advertising and marketing services. I have a strong background in digital capabilities including social media marketing, SEM, viral campaigns, online publicity, mobile, video, Pay-Per-Click Advertising (PPC) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
3. Career Coaching - I have over 15 years in recruiting that has given me a special insight into what makes job seekers successful in their quest to finding meaningful in employment. I advice on resume and cover letter writing, interviewing techniques and the mechanics behind using online tools to find a job.

My overall objective to combine and apply all of my experience in a comprehensive way that provides a solid foundation to creating solutions for today's most difficult business challenges in Recruitment, Personal Branding, Advertising and Marketing.
I currently volunteer at the California Center for Sustainable Energy where I advise and assist their marketing team in using Social Media and online marketing campaigns that drive traffic and create aware in the community about their programs and events.
