    Awarded the contract to design and develop the new Website for the Texas Political Subdivisions (TPS), a non-profit self-insurance fund solely for public entities located in the state of Texas.

    • Search Engine Friendly Website was designed and developed in the Joomla! 1.5x CMS, which utilizes the LAMP environment – Linux, Apache, MySQL and PHP.

    • Multiple user-access levels control the functionality of the Website and include social business networking tools such as a Private Messaging System and online electronic chat. An integrated forum for registered agents, clients, and board of directors allows for the open exchange of ideas from those spread across the entire state of Texas.

    • Many business functions of the TPS organization that were previously performed manually are now being automated with the launch of the new Website, such as a secured file sharing and electronic filing that also assists TPS with their desire to be a more green organization.

    • A Video Library functions to offer TPS customers valuable Safety training tools.

    • Electronic newsletter applications and RSS feeds allow TPS Website administrators to easily remain in contact with customers, clients and other registered members.

    • The Online Event Registration process that was integrated into the Website for the many meetings and functions hosted by the organization now automates this previously time consuming manual task.

    • Public and Private image galleries allow certain registered members to update specific galleries.

    • There is a Job Listing and Application process that allows the Web manager to easily post new career opportunities to the Website and also allow users to respond by completing an online application form and uploading their resume as an attachment to the job application.

    - Designed, implemented and administered a Microsoft NT WAN using TCP/IP. This WAN, using MS SQL Server’s data replication tools, supports both the Orleans Parish Civil District and Criminal District Courts and allows the Jury Management Departments to select and process approximately 40,000 jurors annually.
