And been involved in implementing and advising on CRM and Financial Sector business-technology.
For 10 years I provided technology knowledge center and advisory services to a top-tier global management consulting firm. I assisted client engagement teams to gain insight into technologies, technology markets, best practices, and in finding, vetting, and selecting technology solutions.
In the 1980s I was an affiliate of Xerox PARC working on expert systems, knowledge management, and social media and collaboration projects.
