I have an active and diverse litigation law practice in the Boise, Idaho, area. As an experienced trial attorney, I have tried numerous cases to verdict in federal and state court in Idaho. I have also argued numerous cases before the Idaho Court of Appeals and Idaho Supreme Court. I have been a member of the Criminal Justice Act (CJA) panel for the District of Idaho since 2007. I had the pleasure to be appointed to the Merit Selection Panel to select federal magistrate judges for the District of Idaho. Recently, I was appointed to the District of Idaho Local Civil Rules Committee and the Idaho State Bar Professional Conduct Board.
