First “do”, then “teach.” This is the YWAM principle which I believe will make me a valued consultant for your group. After 23 years of faith missions and mobilization of mission teams to over 50 countries, I have served many churches and groups navigating today’s fast changing world. After years of experience and intensive training at Fuller Seminary’s School of Intercultural Studies, my services have proved valuable to ministry church leaders. Contact me if you would appreciate help navigating the changing world of church and mission.

The UofN Student Mobilization Centre is an international network serving campus ministers and university students on every continent.
During the past few years, my ministry “gift cluster” has become more apparent and I have been investing more time with a “few” leaders I have invited onto my ministry’s international committee. These leaders are from Korea, India, China, Kenya, Canada, and the USA. The result has been an exponential growth of effectiveness in ministry as well as the development of a new 12-week training program we led for the first time in New Delhi in 2004, the School of University Ministries (SUM). We have a director for Field Ministry Internships, a director for International Student Ministries, and Indian, European, and African Regional Centre Directors. The second SUM took place in 2006 in Bangalore and one is scheduled to take place in Thailand in 2008.

The Field Ministry Internship (FMI) Program offers college students opportunities for cross-cultural experiences related to their major fields of study. Professionals may come alongside student teams for a minimum of 2 weeks. Students gain new vision, understanding of mission strategy, and a broadened world view. They also gain insight into how their fields of study may be used to help minister to the poor and needy in the developing world. Students from over 100 colleges and universities in 10 countries have served alongside field projects in 32 countries.
