I actively work for the family business Schultz Auctioneers Landmark Realty, Inc. and also regularly work with Grafe Auction Company, Henslin Auctions, John C & Charles J Fischer Auction Company, Kurt Johnson Auctioneering, and Wayne Pike Auction Company. Within my travels, I regularly work in the fields of real estate, firearms, complete collection sellouts, commercial equipment, industrial equipment, farm equipment, heavy equipment and benefit/fundraising auctions.

I am a member of the Minnesota State Auctioneers Assocation and National Auctioneers Association. I am active within both organizations, and am a past director of the Minnesota State Auctioneers Association, current Chair of the Technology Committee and current Technology Liaison to the Board of Directors. I am also a member of the National Auctioneers Association Museum Committee which is tasked with developing the National Auctioneers Association Virtual Hall of History.

I also work actively within the live online auction arena. I often work with live online auction providers Bidspotter, eBay Live Auctions, and Proxibid.
