Mr. Donoghue has more than 17 years of combined experience with information systems and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) in both local and state government and private industry settings. He is responsible for managing the firm’s GIS Services Team that provides GIS project management, application design and development, analysis, and data integration services. These services have been provided on a variety of enterprise and departmental projects for the firm’s airport authority, local and tribal government and private clients.
Mr. Donoghue holds a Master of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in GIS from the University of Redlands, and a Certificate in GIS from the University of California Riverside. He is a Certified GIS Professional by the GIS Certification Institute and an ESRI Authorized Consultant. Mr. Donoghue is accomplished at designing and developing custom web-based applications with ESRI server technologies in the .net application development environment; and his strengths lay in his ability to combine his knowledge of GIS and its related technologies with a holistic understanding of each client’s business needs. This enables him to discern opportunities for clients to extend the use of business data through the integration of collaborating technologies, data and systems.
Mr. Donoghue’s technical expertise is complimented by solid writing and project management skills that are demonstrated by his contributions to many award winning environmental and municipal planning projects. He was also a former instructor for the University of Riverside Extension certificate program in GIS and former Coordinator of the Inland Empire GIS Users Group.
