Responsible for recruiting, training, coaching, and developing the sales team and administrative support staff, as well as business development. Ashburn is consistently one of the top four offices based on overall office productivity in the Northern Virginia Region. In addition to branch management duties, also develop and deliver training programs for Long & Foster, including sales seminars for new sales associates and branch managers. For 2006, the last year for production awards, Ashburn had 9 of the top 16 Top Producers (by dollar volume) in the Dulles Areas Association of Realtors, including the overall Top Producer.
