Completed a three week temporary assignment with Fujitsu, working on the An Post STREAMS Migration Project.
Joined the team very late in the System Test cycle for a crucial milestone due to unexpected absence of previous Test Manager.
Completed System Test phase and cut two business days from the revised System Test Completion date. Performed QA on previous testing.
Completed Test Strategies, plans, test condition matrixes and test scripts for the next major milestones. Shaved three days off the estimate for this test preparation.
Started and closed UAT phase on schedule. Resolved all issues.
Turned down further Fujitsu contracts to pursue the Onformonics opportunity.
