After 10 years in the Deep South - North Florida, Mississippi, Tennessee and South Florida - I returned to Indiana. I've enjoyed being home, but I sure do miss the southern lifestyle. Paragon has turned out to be a great group of people to work with, I manage properties in Central and Northeast Indiana as well as Ohio. We'll soon start a new project in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

As Property Manager, John Bartlett’s responsibilities are to manage and coordinate the daily operations of all Paragon properties and to serve as the primary contact for all of our tenants. Prior to joining Paragon Property Management, LLC in 2006, John had over 20 years of commercial real estate and property management experience, including the management of shopping centers, office complexes, and other commercial properties across several states. John attended Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana, majoring in business, real estate law and accounting. He has been awarded the prestigious Certified Property Manager® (CPM) designation, and the Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and also holds membership in the Business Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). In 1994, he was elected Commercial REALTOR® of the Year by the Indiana Commercial Board of REALTORS®.

- Lead the 10 anniversary celebration of Earth Day in 1980 on the Ball State campus. This single day event drew thousands of students and faculty to hear speakers from the Department of Energy, Governor candidate Wayne T. Townsend and event sponsors WFBQ (Q-95) radio station. With a theme promoting safe alternative energy and recycling, the event was the largest held in Indiana marking the first 10 years of the environmental movement in America.
