I'm the Director of Opeations at it's learning, a Norwegian (Bergen) based ISP (Independent Software Vendor) behind "it's learning", an internet based software that is used primarily in the education market. I'm an engineer of profession and had a few years of experience from a international management consulting company before joining it's learning. I'm also a co-inventor of the software from my student days but that's a different story.
