As an Industrial Engineer working for DLA (Defense Logistics Agency) and DPSSO (Defense Performance Standards Support Office) , I developed and implemented engineered standards utilizing predetermined time standards (DWMSTD, Defense Work Measurement Standard Time Development) programs. These standards were designed around DOD Supply Centers and Depots across the United States.
In addition, I worked as an Industrial Engineer for the Air Force (civilian) at an AFPRO (Air Force Plant Representative Office) on site at Martin Marietta Aerospace in Denver CO. Responsibilities in this position included auditing detailed manufacturing proposals submitted by the defense contractor's own Industrial Engineers.
