Passionate creative thinker, innovator and strategist
London, United Kingdom
I am passionate, full of energy, drive and excitement. I have strong and diverse experience within the creative industry spanning a multitude of high profile projects & brands. I am quick-thinking, proactive, hands-on, and a creative problem-solver with a unique blend of skills within design, technology & business.
I believe in the concept of play and its ability to unlock creativity and stimulate innovation.
I lead talented teams of strategists, designers and developers in the production of campaign work, brand & business innovation, games, microsites, web portals, intranets and software applications.
My involvement and guidance is critical in all phases of a project from inception to completion; in client relations as well as encouraging the team to deliver quality at all times. The result is long lasting client relationships and industry award winning work including Peoples Choice Webby, several FWA SOTD's and numerous Gold Horizon Awards.
In addition to leading accounts and projects, I also play a key role in shaping the company as well as supporting individual employee development.
Current clients include; BBC, Mercedes-Benz, Daimler Business Innovation, BT, Unilever, Sony, ITV, IMG, WWF, Norwegian Design Council.
Innovative ideas & concepts backed up with top-notch research, strategic creative direction, excellent understanding of usability, good knowledge of interactive/software development from a design, information architecture, interaction design and technical perspective.

The role required that I was borderline schizophrenic, dividing my time as part creative strategist & creative director, part account director, part technical director, part business savvy negotiator. Mix that in with a good portion of innovation & business development to drive Playgroup forward and you can see I got to challenge and develop my well rounded talent.
