In 2007 I joined a team of investors in the buy out of Shopcreator from administration. We raised funding from private investors to complete the purchase and provide working capital.
Over the last 18 months we have restructured Shopcreator to become a SaaS software provider to the growing number of SME's seeking ecommerce solutions.
On December 31st 2008 Shopcreator was merged with Charlton Commerce Inc giving me the opportunity to exit my investment and handover leadership responsibilities.

I ran Hukuwaku as a business vehicle for managing personal consultancy roles (although it also had employee's from time to time as required).
Contracts included acting as the Product Director of an exchange and a number of tech turnarounds, leading to my eventual purchase of Shopcreator (above).
Additionally, during this time I worked with Eastside Consulting (also above) in partnership with the LDA on small fund raising contracts utilizing the SFLG.
