I personally have a background of growing up with the Oil & Gas Industry, with time spent living in Denmark and Noway following my father through his career Project Managing the design of Rigs in the North Sea.

I spent nearly 4 years developing my trade as a specialist recruiter for the Construction Industry in Scotland before deciding to make the move to my current position to set up the Oil & Gas division of WRS with a particular focus on Geoscience which has also developed itself into Mining Geoscience.

I am an Individual member of REC (The UK governing body of recruitment) and as such provide a service at the highest possible standards and adhearing to the REC code of ethics.

Within WRS I set up the specialist division of Oil & Gas with a focus on the areas of E&P and Process Engineering.

With established links to the global Oil & Gas industry we focus on finding the next career step for experienced O&G professionals - from Geologists, Geophysicists and Reservoir Engineers within major E&P Companies to Project Management and Process Engineering Internationally.

More recent projects have lead to work in the Mining Industry, in particular the Geoscience aspects within Gold,Coal,Copper,Silver, Diamond & Uranium Mining and particularly in South and Central Africa.

I have climbed the ranks at Leap29 rapidly since starting my Construction Recruitment career in 2005.

Beginning my career recruiting in the Scottish Civil QS market I progressed to taking over the recruitment for the Scottish Build & Civil QS market.

In my current position I am now responsible for the recruitment of all levels of Commercial and Construction staffing. My Remit includes but is not limited to:

Specialised Recruitment for - Commercial Managers - Commercial Directors - Quantity Surveyors - Estimators -Project Managers - Contracts Managers - Construction Managers - Construction Directors within Main Contracting disciplines throughout Scotland.
