Throughout my 15 years of experience as a Human Resources professional, I have had the good fortune to be exposed to many facets of a wide array of industries with organizations such as Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates, Children’s Hospital Boston, St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center, The Gillette Company, State Street Corporation, FleetBoston and Lotus Development Corporation. These organizations provided unique understandings of the different human resources needs of the biotech, high-tech, healthcare, retail and finance industries.

My history of anticipating the needs of an organization and its employees has been one of my strongest assets. That work history has required me to maintain my poise in fast-paced, deadline-driven corporate environment while working for many different leaders at all levels in Human Resources departments.
