Agile Project Management, Enterprise Software Architecture, Scrum Master
San Antonio, Texas Area
Over 15 years in software development. Other key roles that I have held are, Assistant Vice President of Internet Loan Systems, Lead Architect of a Lending Origination System, Development Manager, Technical Lead and Certified Scrum Master. I was the founder and principle contributor to a Fortune 50 Banks Agile Development Methodology that supported over 10,000 IT global professionals and over 400 development groups. Principle languages I have utilized throughout my career are Assembler, C, C++, C#, Java, Delphi, Visual Basic, and JavaScript. I also have a strong interest in Dynamic and Meta Programming Languages. I have taught various subjects in the IT arena ranging from A+, to modern Object Oriented Principles and Design.
In my spare time I enjoy programming and pursuing knowledge of new ways on how to improve my craft. I am a very outspoken TDD/BDD evangelist, even prompting me to start an OSS project NBehave modeled after the rSpec BDD framework in Ruby. When I am not developing, I enjoy studying history and theology.
