Prior to Aerohive, Joel led product marketing and management teams at Meru Networks, Cisco, CopperCom, was one of the first 20 employees and the lead for Netgear’s (Nasdaq:NTGR) entry into the wireless market, and designed enterprise networks for Fortune 500 companies as a part of International Network Services (now a part of British Telecom). He has successfully brought over 70 products and services to market worldwide, garnering awards ranging from Comdex best-in-show to a nomination for a ComputerWorld Smithsonian award.

Joel is also the co-producer and founder of the international Wine Bloggers Conference (focusing on the North America edition) which brings together the most vibrant community of wine writers in the world.
