Extensive background in the installation, maintenance and support of (Intel based) PC’s/Servers, SAN’s/StorageWorks platforms, backup/recovery platforms, and all associated peripherals. Solid understanding of the technologies relevant to client/server environments, and all hardware/software technologies required to implement distributed processing platforms. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, (Windows XP Professional, Windows 2000 Professional, Windows 2000/2003 Server, and numerous other Microsoft products (Current versions of MS Office, MS Project, and MS Visio Professional 2003). I was involved in numerous System/Network Infrastructure conversion projects for the Fleet Boston to Bank of America transition efforts for the Colorado Springs site. I provided technical expertise, “on-site” management, and coordination of these efforts during the transition process. I managed a team of three Desktop Support Specialists and four contractors (EDS and HP) in support of a Customer Service Call Center with 1000+ PC’s, and 800+ associates, and ensured that all SLA’s were met, in accordance to our customer’s line of business requirements.
