I was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona and have worked in many facets on the real estate industry.

I started my career as a Business Development Representative for Stewart Title and Trust. Stewart Title provides title insurance and escrow services needed for real estate transactions. I was responsible for the development of revenue sources and implemented strategies to promote and encourage the use of our company services by marketing campaigns directed to Real Estate professionals.

From there I was employed by Sunbelt Holdings and selected to participate with the marketing of the Vistancia project. The team and I opened the master planned community and were named America's Best Master Planned Community by National Association of Home Builders in January of 2005. Among other things we were responsible for was driving traffic to Vistancia and were listed among the top 25 best-selling master planned communities in the nation for 2005 by Robert Charles Lesser & Co., LLC.

Currently I am a Senior Mortgage Planner with The Lending Company. I am also the President/ CEO of Herrell & Associates, LLC dba Guaranteed Home Solutions.
