I started the Bellevue Business Journal in February 2005 which transformed into Eastside Business newspaper, Eastside Business twice weekly e-newsletter and the Eastside Business news site at www.EastsideBusinessJournal.com. Eastside Life newspaper was launched as a "hybrid" newspaper with Eastside Business on May 1st, 2008. As of May 1st 2009, we will be once again publishing the Bellevue Business Journal.

I am currently a small time hair farmer, growing hair for Locks of Love (http://www.locksoflove.com) for the benefit of children who may have lost theirs. (yes they accept gray hair). I challenge everyone reading this to join me and become Hair Farmers or help children in perhaps a more unique way ... My goal is to recruit 1000 other hair farmers.

I am the owner/broker of AAA Properties with offices in Bellevue, Washington and Solana Beach, California (north San Diego County). I have been a licensed Real Estate Broker in California since 2003. Licensed Real Estate Broker in Washington since 2005. AAA Properties is a low cost, high commission split opportunity for real estate agents who don't want the high costs or low splits they might see from other companies. We keep our overhead low, so our agents keep more of what they earn. I personally work with real estate investors and offer $500 flat fee listings so someone who wants to sell their own property can get exposure on the NWMLS without having to pay a listing commission.
