Illuminating the Value of Difference
Greater Omaha Area
- inclusive organizational and community cultures
- intentional relationships
- integral leadership
- innovative practices
I help people and groups of people truly understand Inclusion, Leadership and Innovation. Most of my work is in the area of developing and delivering organizational development programs (including one time presentations, interactive workshops, in-depth retreats for small groups). I have done this work for Fortune 500 Corporations, small non-profits, government entities and everything in between.
Some organizations have me come in once a month or once a quarter to conduct an Inclusive Leadership workshop. Some organizations need a one time presentation on Leveraging Social Media. I have developed a number of programs and the accompanying materials (including e-learning modules) and I have facilitated internally developed programs.
In addition to the organizational work that I do, I conduct some of my own workshops, I do some writing and an increasing amount of public speaking.
