I am a Registered Professional Engineer and Project Manager at Carollo Engineers in Sarasota, Florida. I currently lead the Infrastructure Resource Practice Group in Florida.
My goal is to help make Carollo not only the largest water/wastewater company in the nation, but also the largest in infrastructure repair, rehabilitation and new construction design.
I also teach civil and environmental engineering courses at Manatee Community College in Bradenton, Florida.

My main area of concern places an emphasis on the rehabilitation and replacement of the aging water conveyance and wastewater collection systems.
I also play key roles in the development of new marketing ideas and strategies for Carollo in the infrastructure aspect.
While my main emphasis is on infrastructure, I also play key roles in the design of Water Treatment Plants (WTP) and Water Reclamation Facilities (WRF), with strengths in water, wastewater and storm water modeling.

I was deployed to numerous areas of the world. Most notable deployments: Operation Desert Shield/Desert Storm in Iraq (6-month deployment); Operation Restore Hope in Somalia (12-month deplyoment); Operation Restore Democracy in Haiti (8-month deployment).
I participated in many joint service and joint country training missions.
