Joseph Dickerson’s Summary
Joseph Dickerson is a User Experience Architect at Fiserv. (Nasdaq: FISV). Currently working on integrating Web 2.0 technologies and improving the usability of Fiserv’s on-line bill pay and banking applications, Joseph has a diverse background in application design and development, information architecture, user research, and usability testing.
Before coming to Fiserv, Joseph worked at Cingular Wireless/AT&T’s human centered design group, where he implemented processes in user testing and design and helped setup Cingular’s first usability lab. He has provided both design and usability test services for many different sites and systems, as well as lead field studies and ethnographic research on a variety of topics. A specialist in the fields of Accessibility and Section 508 compliance, Joseph has also consulted with the CDC to ensure people with disabilities had equal access to their systems.
Dickerson is also a trained journalist and has a degree in Information Technology.
