As Program Development Leader I am responsible for all phases of training solutions including the design and development of eLearning, Instructor Led Training, Job Aids, Performance Support Tools, and LMS Administration.

Accomplishments:
Spearheaded the development of an online company university by implementing the Moodle LMS and developing content using Adobe Captivate. The online university has helped the Training department to reduce costs and improve the effectiveness of training solutions. As eLearning content developer and LMS administrator I continue to work towards improving the effectiveness of the online university.

Developed and implemented internal Wiki containing ERP software procedural instructions and company policy and procedural information. The Wiki, developed using MediaWiki has made internal organizational knowledge easily accessible providing "Just in Time" training.

Responsible for technical writing of software requirements and working with the Software developer to ensure the end product met the organizations needs.

Designed and developed technical manual containing software procedural instructions in addition to a series of eLearning courses covering use of the software. The eLearning courses are interactive simulations developed using Adobe Captivate.
