Just sold my last company to one of the largest hedge funds in New York. We raised capital in the one of the worst environments and sold the company in less than 15 months. We built three companies: Strategic Recovery Group (small balance default collections), GO Financial Solutions (Retail Mortgage Banking) and Acqura Loan Services (High Touch Special Servicing).
I have been successful in several start up operations from Loan Origination, Wholesale mortgage banking and Loan Servicing. I have focused on redesigned business processes to reposition mortgage banking and loan servicing companies into evolving markets with unique online origination and fulfillment strategies.
