Jordi Duran i Batidor’s Summary

I'm an entrepreneur and consultant who is passionate about technology in general, and specialized in Internet, New Media and Social Networks. With a Technological background, and good understanding of Business and Marketing, I've always been between technicians, managers and marketers helping to create positive dialog, boosting existing products, creating new ones incorporating new technologies and use of OpenSource.

I'm an early adopter of most of the technologies, providing me an interesting point view of the upcoming shifts. My job is to filter them, help companies ( and non-profits ) to understand the new challenges and opportunities, spreading the word, speaking at conferences, seminars. And as entrepreneur, hopefully entering in a new venture that will benefit from an early position.

I'm supporting Iwith.org Foundation (http://www.iwith.org). A non-profit project to use ICT to help non-profit organitzaions to become more eficient and comunicate better with their stakeholders.
