Interculturality Management Consultant-Trainer
France
An atypical 15 years professional journey whose 10 related to international contexts including over 4 years in China.
Speaking French, English, Castillan and Mandarin, I started my career in sports field (Coach, team captain, and twice member of the French Pro Tour organisation team) to evoluate afterward as a trainer and pedagogical manager of an intercultural team before running my own business in import-export with a Chinese associate (set up in Honk-Kong but with an operationnal base in Shanghai). I was in charge of front-office as a BtoB commercial manager despite regurlarly going back and forth between France and China for the back-office as well.
This richful and wide experience background within management, human ressources, human support and training within multicultural environments have obviously led me to become an interculturalist and I'm now offering my services as an interculturality management consultant-trainer :
- Geo-mobility which means advising and accompanying companies (or particulars) who transfer their collaborators from abroad to France (impatriation) and with China (both impatriation and expatriation)over logistical, legal, tax and human aspects. Basically it's all about facilitating collaborators arrival and stay (either alone or with their family) to their new location and of course make their social integration a success !
- Intercultural trainings over China (mobility, Chinese context and FLE (French as a foreign language)
aims : awareness and management of interpersonals and intercultural relations in order to get a better comprehension and to take advantage of the human wealth finding its source into cultural diversity.
- business tourism : prepare short stay business purpose and making discover the local culture at same time
my "advantages" :
- flexibility
- availability and reactivity
- one privileged interlocutor
