I have a Masters Degree in IT Technology (french ingénieur) coupled with fifteen
years of international consultancy. I have amassed experience in
diverse business domains working on varied architectures, able to
adapt myself with ease to these different environments. Having
worked up to six months at a time on international projects
requiring frequent travel and interaction with foreign nationals, I
have been exposed to many business and cultural environments,
which gave me the added opportunity of honing my language
skills. For the past six years, I have specialized in the Belgian
utilities market, focusing on Clearing House projects for electricity
and gas. This has provided me insight to the utilities domain and
more specifically to deregulation issues. For different belgium operator I have already implemented several version of the UMIG and currently working on the release 4. I also regulary participate to the UMIX task forces (Grid fee and settlement).
