Founding a successful business in environmental consulting, I have developed a broad skill-set and reputation of integrity and success in the insurance restoration industry.
I have performed over 400 environmental assessments for commercial and residential projects. I have managed over 600 water loss mitigation, asbestos abatement, and mold remediation projects professionally, ranging in size from a moldy studio apartment to an entire flooded university building.

June 2005 — Present (4 years 2 months)
Parlaying my prior experiences and training in restoration, remediation and abatement, I started EAS as a premier Indoor Air Quality and restoration consulting firm. We specialize in Asbestos, Mold and Thermal Imaging.
The business plan for EAS originated and evolved from a software package by DryStandard. I was heavily involved in field testing and advisory of the product from a market standpoint. By early 2006 EAS evolved to become a premier IAQ Consulting firm.
Use of new technologies (BioTrace, Thermal Imaging, QPCR, DryStandard) have always played a key role at EAS. We aim to set the standard in our industry. We provide third party estimates for insurance adjusters using Xactimate 25.

August 2008 — December 2008 (5 months)
On a contract basis I provided project estimation and management for disaster recovery services at ATI. I supervised and directed all personnel assigned to my project. I followed a project from initial response through certificate of completion. I acted as the single point of contact for the client and the claims adjuster.
As part of my position I was responsible for development and maintenance of all of my contacts, and developing the office's regular insurance clientele.
I was a multi-disciplinary manager providing mold, asbestos and emergency services management. I used Xactimate on a daily basis to manage assignments and create estimates, and communicate job status.

January 1999 — December 2005 (7 years)
Working from project technician (part-time), to project manager (full-time), to senior project manager, then finally appointed as Operations Manager I worked with Onsite, and provided excellent customer service, and expert structural restoration services.
I implemented standardized documentation and introduced in house monthly continuing education. I wrote the curriculum and taught the courses, which included hands on, and lecture style education on scientific and safety topics.
Throughout my tenure I also provided full IT support for the 10 computer multi-site network that we maintained, which included a database server. I also deployed an in-vehicle computer system with remote dispatch.
